Tailor Outfits and Ship Design Presets all missing.

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
Fore the last month or two I have lost all of my saved outfits for my captains and bridge officers. Load outfits option has none of my saved uniforms and I cannot create and save new ones either. Also I none of my ship presets will save and all the ones I had saved are gone. This is for all captains across my account.

    I have this same exact issue.

    same issue.

    Black Screen in both outfit designer and Starship Customization.
    No presets are being displayed does not matter if you wait or change to list.
    No new outfits or presets will save.
    issue is account wide across all characters.

    Purchase works outfitting works, This only effects saved presets.

    I don't think the presets are gone I think they are being prevented from being saved and loaded a bug of some sort.

    Can you check the files exist in your Screenshots folder?

    I was about to say the very same thing.
    If they have previously uninstalled and re-installed the game without saving their screenshots folder, then previous boff saves have been lost to them.

    If you have the game installed somewhere under "Program Files", the built-in Windows file/folder permissions may not allow the game to save files in the screenshots folder.
    You'll have to go find it and add the necessary permissions.

    I recently uninstalled & then reinstalled STO on my computer, I had to manually create a "screenshots" folder in order to save outfits and take screenshots.
