Outfit Box - Terran Empire Jupiter Outfit (Leeta's Variants) Glitch

I purchased the "Outfit Box - Terran Empire Jupiter Outfit (Leeta's Variants) from the Lobi store and when I go to apply the outfit to my character, the Terran shorts glitch out and tries to charge me 3900 Zen. It's listed in my outfit menu as purchased.

    Are you absolutely certain it's the shorts that are doing this?
    Have you tried unchecking the box that shows unpurchased items?
    Can you share a screenshot or two to illustrate the bug?

    Here you go. I was able to get three. I uncheck the box everytime I edit my outfit, so I don't think that would cause it, although I don't know. Hope it helps!hyxdrgqqqms0.jpg

    So, what's changed in the third picture so that the Shorts Terran 2 don't cause any cost?

    This is late, but her legs are invisible in the screenshot with 0 zen. I'm having the same bug. When you first put the shorts on, your legs are invisible and they don't cost any zen. If you click "purchase" at this point, it will allow your character to wear them, but you will be walking around literally with invisible legs.

    If you click on "save outfit" before trying to purchase, your characters legs will show up but that's when it says you need to pay 6000 zen.

    After searching through the forums, it looks like this bug has been fixed and then got buggy again 2 or 3 times now over many years.

    One person said they sent a ticket and then said "fixed" but never explained any further. So that's what I tried to do - haven't heard back yet though. Seems like an on-going problem that somehow gets buggy even after they fix it a few times. 🤷🏻‍♀️
