What the title says. How do you accomplish them fairly quickly? Splitting this off from the Too Much DPS thread.
For shield heals I'll do any patrol and when combat starts I'll pop that rep shield healing bubble. It'll usually fill up the green/blue one fairly fast and sometimes I have to use other means to finish out the purple one, though it will fill out a good portion of it before it disappears.
For hull healing, I just do the patrol Khonshu Khabit and take in a repair platform. Pop it as soon as I warp in and let the little drones work on the Khonshu. I don't hurry through it at all and just do the patrol and the little drones do their thing every time I'm close to the Khonshu. It'll even eventually fill out the purple line doing this. I've done this every time this Endeavor rolls around since they put Khonshu Khabit out.
Now a LTS and loving it.
Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything.

Nice, I usually never finish that endeavor. For shield healing I do a couple of space TFOs.

That's another way to do them. I prefer patrols, but that's just me.

I usually to rescue or ninth rule, and deliberately let shields go down for hull heal. sometimes if i'm bored I'll go into the undine battlezone with no shield equipped.
for space shield I use Borg Hard+ TFO and use a miracle work ship that has miracle work lt command or higher and just tap align shield frequencies on my pets and allies around me. So it usually maxes out pretty quickly if its something like Borg Onslaught.
For hull heal for myself it's automatic for hull heal for others I just do other borg TFO hard+ like disconnected or dps heavy instances like pahvo or dranuur and heal players around me
For space hull I'll do the Sentinels patrol with no shields and let the Elachi hit me. Same thing for the shields really - I use both the Undine Tier 5 rep ability and the Shield Generator from the Command Battlecruisers to do it pretty quickly.
I skip the healing for others ones though, as I don't do a ton of TFOs, and can't be bothered.

If you got the Legendary or Lobi Walker Class you can use the console Universal Console - Obfuscation Sceen. You beam to your ship and click the console and boom hull healing complete.
For shield I recommend play borg tfo's lol and have some shield healing.
C-Store Inc. is still looking for active members on the fed side. If you don't have a fleet feel free to contact me in game @stegi.

Space shield healing is easy, especially when you have NPCs. Counterpoint is especially useful as you have DS9 itself to heal, both for Hull and Shield. However just like on ground, any Temporary HP may interfere with your ability to gain progress on healing.
For ground... Science and Engineer have it easy. Science can go full medic and just stand in an acid pool on Nukara, while Engineer's can pop shield heals. Granted shield healing has to back off occasionally to regen health.
