Zen Store - Liberated Borg BOFF not unlocked for account

What the issue is: I bought the boff with my character Alexis but cannot reclaim the boff with my other chars, albeit the description clearly states the boff is an account-wide unlock.
What steps you already tried when attempting to resolve your issue (if applicable): Checking with a gamemaster (GM Eriyaa), who acknowledged the bug and suggested this report.
Happy to provide screenshots if required.

The only way you will get it as an account wide unlock is with the actual Collectors Edition.
The current description in the ZEN store clearly states "Unlocked for your account".

You are indeed correct, my apologies.
For some odd reason that info would not come up when i looked earlier in the store..
So yes it should unlock account wide for you as it clearly states..
Additionally, it's worth noting that there have been a few giveaways (Alienware, etc.) where the Borg Bridge Officer was made available as a single-character unlock. It is possible you've obtained it this way? That's how I got mine - I also foolishly opened the pack on a character I hardly play, so haven't gotten much use of it!
Nonetheless proof that i bought the BOFF below, and no i did not get it through give-aways, in fact i wasnt even aware you could get this one through give aways.
Its not even a particular good BOFF but i think this issue needs to be fixed:
If it doesn't show as "Purchased", your best option is to file a ticket with Customer Support giving them the date and time you bought it so that they can check your game account records.
I have a question for you.
When did you purchase the BOff? Was it recently or was it a while ago?
If you purchased it recently (within the last 4-5 years) then it is a bug.
If you purchased it a while ago (longer than 5 years ago) then unfortunately you are out of luck. The BOff used to be single purchase, but they changed it about 5 years ago (can't remember the exact date) to be account unlocks. It was retroactivly applied to people who bought it before the change. However if you bought it before a certain cut off date (again can't remember the exact date) you would have to buy it again to get it as an account unlock.

ANother Question
For the vopyager crew boffs from the legendary pack, are they account unlocks or single user unlocks? Can't find mention of this anywhere
What about boffs from those expansion packs. Example. the delta rising superior rom boffs..etc
Which Legendary pack is that? The Federation one?
Disappointingly, it's a one-time purchase.
(I'd really like to see special equipment and bridge officers reclaimable though...)
Usually, they are account unlocks - but if they're character-specific, they will say so.
