Gamma Recruit Rewards "No Results Found"

When my new Delta Recruit visited with Temporal officer Kail at the Flotila, to reclaim recruit rewards earned by other characters, I get an error stating "No Results Found". To be clear, I have not one, but two Gamma recruits on my account, and each has completed at least 75% of rewards. I have also claimed these rewards on other characters in the past.
As a double check, I logged into my main character, and received the same error when visiting temporal operative on Earth Spacedock. Not sure if this is game wide, or if it is only impacting my account.

This explains why your other character gets this message, but I've no idea why your Delta Recruit sees it. They are level 20+, yes?
No, that is not it.
This is a brand new character was over level 20, and had the requisite hours, so I was able to claim rewards for Temporal, Klingon, and another Delta recruit. Only the Gamma rewards came up with that message. Somehow, all of the Gamma rewards that I had earned in the past just vaporized from my account.
My Gamma recruits have completed all but a couple of the rewards, and other characters have reclaimed them in the past. I just closed out three more this morning, and now those three items show in the menu, but only those three. Not any of the rewards that they had claimed in the past.
