Contributing DOFFS to fleet projects question

I have noticed over the past few days, that some of my toons can contribute DOFFs to fleet projects and others can't. Is there a fleet setting that needs to be changed, a toon setting, or is this a random bug? I don't think it's a bug since it works on some toons. I'd love some suggestions about how to fix this (When I can't contribute, there are no doffs available for contribution at any rarity level).

    I figured it out. I have three toons in the same fleet. If you have the sort function showing, not shows up. hide it and you see everything again.

    There is also a situation where if there rank in the fleet isnt high enough they cant contribute to said fleet, but I am hopefull that you already know this?

    It's good of you to mention this. Was trying to contribute doffs a few days ago and ran into the same issue. It seems the "show/hide search filter" function in the upper left hand corner can somehow hide available doffs. Clicking on the triangle again to hide it and the doffs reappear. All boxes within the quality and specialization drop downs are checked so it doesn't seem intuitive to me for it to hide things.
