Klingon recruit objectives Warrior's Blood and Hunter's Instinct counters not working

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
As the title states on my klingon recruit the two tracked objectives of Warrior's Blood and Hunter's Instinct are not counting up regardless of anything I do. I had this problem before and left the character for a long time having heard it was being fixed, just came back to them and found it's still bugged/stuck. Anyone else having this issue?

    I have this problem as well. Basically it seems random in terms of when it does and doesn't count. My previous working theory was that it would glitch and stop working for some unknown period every time you claimed a reward from those objective lines, but today it started and stopped again almost immediately.
