Procured Holo Enterprise Crew not claimable

I just purchased the Procured Holo Enterprise Crew in the On Sale tab in the Zen Store for 2500 Zen and I cannot claim it on any character other than the Character that purchased it even though it said Account Unlock. I
I am using a PlayStation 5

    Just for information, KDF/KDF-Aligned characters cannot use these as they are for use of Federation-only.
    Are your characters part of the Federation?

    I tested again this morning I can now claim it with all Federation factions including Dominion Aligned with Starfleet, except Romulan aligned Starfleet which is my main character it certainly looks like a bug to me. I've requested it be fixed or that I be refunded my Zen

    Oh, I thought it may not have been claimable on Starfleet-allied factions being as it's a Starfleet crew and though Dominion and Romulan may be allied, they still aren't fully Starfleet.
    I'll have to check that out for myself...

    So, I find that Starfleet-allied Dominion can claim the TOS Holographic Crew whereas Romulan Republic characters cannot. An oversight in one way, but most likely that Dominion characters shouldn't be able to claim it.
