13th bundle ships cannot use original fed variant consoles

What the issue is:
After purchasing the 13th Anniversary pack, I find I cannot use the following consoles:
T6 Terran Galaxy Dreadnought cannot use T6 Galaxy Dreadnought or T6 Galaxy Consoles
T6 Terran Nebula Carrier cannot use any Nebula consoles, T5 or T6.

What steps you already tried when attempting to resolve your issue:
For my T6 Galaxy Dreadnought, I found I can use the T6 Terran Galaxy Dreadnought console.
I attempted to verify this on the T6 Terran Prometheus (Hydra) and found I can use all of the T6 Prometheus consoles on it.

Therefore I believe this is a bug.
Fleet Affiliations:
FED: Royal Federation Mounted Starfleet: SB3, TAC3, ENG3, SCI3, Win, Int, DOff(T/E/S/B)
KDF: Parliamentary Klingon Empire: SB2, TAC2, ENG2, SCI2, Win, DOff(T)

    Not sure if that's a bug. The terran versions are not the same as the Fed versions.

    Someone more knowledgeable than I can probably explain.
    Now a LTS and loving it.
    Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
    I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything. :D
