This map requires a shuttle bug

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
Randomly when trying to do a ransom TFO or even pre setup group i have been getting the message pop up in green text in the center of the sceen saying This map requires a shuttle. now i have a shutle but this is happening on TFOs like crystaline entity. not sure why or whats causeing it but its happened repetedly now and others i have talked to have had the issue as well.
