Menus Scrolling Bug on Xbox

Still having issues with scrolling through menus, while logging in and when viewing the Zen Store. While scrolling through your toons at log in with your left joystick, instead of going one toon at a time, it'll skip two or three spots down and you have to wait for it finally settle down to settle to make sure you select the correct toon. You have to pretty much use your D-Pad to scroll through toons and you have to do it fairly slowly, so you don't pass the toon you want to log in with.
The same thing happens while scrolling through the sections of the Zen Store and when you scroll through any items in the Zen Store individual sections.
These are the only two areas I've noticed this happening, so far. It forces you to pretty much use the D-Pad to scroll through the menus, so you don't skip through sections while scrolling up or down. All the other sections and menus function perfectly normal while using the left joystick to scroll between menus, sections, and so forth.
This has been a bug that's popped up in the past, but it usually gets fixed within a few days. This one started up again during this most recent update patch on Xbox, right before this current Klingon Recruit Event started.

As you scroll through your characters, the system immediately starts to load in the graphics for the next one up/down the list making the list quite 'laggy' and unresponsive until the load is finished.
If they implemented a 2 or 3 second delay before loading, we'd be able to scroll through our characters much more efficiently.
I confirm that character select menu is one of the worst things to experience in STO on Xbox. Scrolling down from 1st character to 2nd can take few seconds. Imagine how it is to change to your 5th, 10th, 15th character.
Zen store is unresponsive in similar way. I preffer to check zen starships on starbase officer instead, because of that issue.
Admiralty also have some similar issues from time to time.
It has always been like this on Console, AND PC's that are fast enough. It's not exactly a bug, just a victim of the game trying to load in characters one at a time whilst you are scrolling.
So maybe it's a good time to consider this 'feature' as a bug. I would like to see a change in the conception of character selection screen. For example no graphics loading until you press a key "Show that character"
