in Xbox One Gameplay Bug Reports
What happened to 7's duel rifle ground weapon? I had it equiped to a captain and now its gone. Then it looks like its not a reward for that mission any more.

    I have no explanation for that - you're best option is to contact Customer Support.
    If you haven't re-engineered/upgraded the item since you took it from the mission reward, it may just be quicker to re-run the mission.
