EV suits can't be upgraded as far as I know. I just checked all of the EV suits I own and none of them can be upgraded.
Not entirely True, the Solanae EV suit you get from the Lobi store can be, as can the Armored EV Suits from the Reputation boxes when starting a rep mission (I forget which faction) can also be upgraded to level XV Gold (Confirmed just now). I also think Burnhams EV suit (from the Discovery Rep) might also be upgraded (but I might be wrong on that) But I do know for a fact the solanae one and the Rep box EV suits can be upgraded
These are the stats with the items unequipped and after putting them in the upgrade window to remove the infinity symbol and give them a mark number...Haven't used them yet.

If you put the torchbearer armor on a bridge officer, can they all in the assault squad?

I'm trying to decide which personal shield fits that set best. On my established chars it might be the Nah'kul shield but i mostly plan to use this set on developing chars
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

I put the armor on my 4 ground boffs and went to Nimbus III to see last night. After about 30 minutes, none of them triggered that ability.
