Addendum to Bug Report 864799
Anytime I select Transwarp to Alpha Quadrant - Defera Sector nothing happens. First attempt was within the Sol System Map. Which simply did nothing. I warped out to Beta Quadrant Sector space map. Attempted the Transwarp destination again with no result.
I've been reviewing this list:
https://sto.fandom.com/wiki/Ability:_Transwarp
The fleet this specific character is in has reached Tier III Starbase. Alpha Quadrant - Defera Sector doesn't even unlock until Tier V. And no Commendations offer an alternative. Perhaps the bug is in the UI list of unlocked destinations?

However, the Transwarp to Alpha Quadrant (Bajor & Defera) are unlocked by levelling up your Fleet Transwarps. They replaced some of the old sector transwarps when sector space was revamped back in 2015. They work up until about level 50, then they break.
There are those that claim you need a Transwarp Coil for these, and they may function again if you have them, but because they come from Fleet levelling, they should be working without the Coils.
In fact, it may just be me, but the KDF transwarp destinations don't seem to offer the same kind of variation as FED lists.
e.g. "Transwarp to Beta Quadrant > Mempa Sector" drops you at Qo'noS (Sector Space) but why do we need that when we have "Transwarp to Qo'noS".
I have three characters within the same fleet. Each have the same listing of available transwarp destinations. Which includes Alpha Quadrant - Defera Sector. A lvl 65 Starfleet and lvl 34 Starfleet Allied Romulan can use destinations (including Mempa Sector) successfully with exception of Defera. However, I just swapped over to lvl 31 Starfleet and successfully used Tranwarp to Alpha Quadrant - Defera Sector. Which actually surprised me. If there is a pattern I don't know what it might be?
Haha!
My report seems to have been folded into stack of similar bug reports. I sounds like there is a broader bug related to Alpha Quadrant transwarp destinations. I was told to watch the patch notes should a fix go out.
IOW - Don't hold your breath. It's a known issue, has been for a long time, and there is no impetus to fix it.
