Mission Red Shift as Science Officer

in PS4 Gameplay Bug Reports
For the mission Red Shift as a Science officer, when I enter the Sol System, the Defiant won’t fire its weapons but will fire when I play as a Tactical officer. Also when I’m a science officer right when warping in for a second I’m the sequence it says server not responding. Can you fix this?
