Temporal Agent Perk of Enhanced Reputation Projects isn't working on Temporal Agent

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
The Enhanced Reputation Project perk of Mk XIII Ultra Rare quality isn't available on my Temporal Agent.

However it is available on the non - Temporal Agents on the account.

I believe this to be a perk of "Reputation Progress" Tier 05 x10. This reward has been claimed. As In Image

I have seen it working properly on another account.
Anybody else having this issue?

    Have you tried logging out and back in, and/or switching maps. Sometimes it needs this to update between account server and your machine.

    All good ideas, thank you. I additionally restarted first the program and then the PC. I even waited more than 24 hours before raising a ticket in case it needed longer to process the change.
    It would help the troubleshooting if anybody else has this issue could "me too" as well.

    You still have to open the box, though...
    Since you don't have access to XIII Rep Gear, that box may be lurking somewhere in your Inventory or Bank.
    Have a look in your character sheet for the title "Have Been, and Forever Shall Be" which becomes available when you open the box.

    If you cannot find the box, your best option is to contact Support and see if they can trigger it.
