Carrier's & the Hydra console

Anyone else have your ship stay in Red Alert mode after combat while having the H.Y.D.R.A. console equipped and Hanger pets set to Attack? It clears if you set hangers to recall, but if you don't do that, you just stay in red alert.

    I should add in that I'm also using the Hydra trait. That may also be an issue.

    Had this problem as well. It stopped when I removed the Hydra trait.

    Also happening to me, it's specifically related to the Hydra's trait while you have pets out.

    Stuck in Red Alert with the trait after launching fighters:

    Logged back in, took off the trait, launched fighters with no issue:

    I had the same issue but it didn't matter if I had hanger pets launched. That may be because I have the lobi console that spawns a drone in so if you have any pet spawning console it may also effect and possibly softlock you. Though the console works absolutely fine, and for me, bug free so its defiantly the trait.

    i have same problem it only happens when you activate ( STRIKE GROUP COMMAND AUTHORITY ) space trait. as soon as i activated it ship went red alert and ould not get out of red alert state. this happened when no fighters were launched.

    I think i have a work around dont use any consoles that give perma pets i.e Swarmer console and pull in fighters that drops it out of red alert.

    workaround is to remove the Hydra trait until they fix it. It's broken on every ship I own that has launchable pets.

    On top of the other bugs the 30% to turn rate, Flight Speed and Damage to pets and targetable torpedoes doesn't work. Swarmer Matrix has been broken for years and the HYDRA is a copy and past job with the same bug.

    Yep, I tested it and just like Swarmer Matrix it does nothing. Reported Swamer Matrix long ago and was told it was "accepted" and they'd investigate it, looks like instead of fixing it they just copy and pasted it onto another console in it's broken state.

    Here is a video https://ufile.io/mfzjz08u from SMFScar which shows the bug. Only the first torpedo fired is getting a speed boost. All other torpedoes are taking the full 12seconds as though no consoles are fitted, there is no benefit from either console. I believe Plasma torpedoes are not even getting the first torpedo with the speed boost.

    That would explain some anomalies I've seen, very first destructible fired would at times appear faster and after that no speed buff was noticeable. I believe you are correct on the Plasma torpedoes "Romulan Hyper Plasma".

    You may need to start a new thread about the 1st torp fired being the only one affected. I doubt this will get looked at since the original issue has already been accepted from this thread.

    The console and trait are still broken see video above. I have also found another bug. The trait is counting Frigates as Fighters. Steps. Get a Romulan carrier with the HYDRAs ship trait. Launch Droneships which are clearly Frigates. The droneships display as fighters via the rank symbol and only provide the fighter 30% bonus to the trait instead of the Frigate 40% bonus.

    Also when I summon Battleships my strongest pet I get zero bonus from the trait which says bonus based on strongest pet. It's Another Enterprise and Superior Command Frequency traits summon pet battleships which are not counting, but the Frigate part does count. I would have thought the Battleships are = to 50% bonus not zero.
