Fujiwhara Effect with a Connie

Ok... for a little light hearted banter, how about I ask this...

Am I the only one who has played The Fujiwhara Effect with a Constitution class just to recreate the ending of The Motion Picture?

    Nope. In fact... I've done it with all three variants of the Connie. Refit, Kelvin, and Discovery. And took screenshots.

    Hey OP! Ya big troublemaker! Now I have to go do this with my Connie(s)! And grab screenies! Ya just couldn't leave it alone, could ya? How's a fella supposed to finish up inventory management when you're distracting him this way? LMAO.

    Never cared for the connie, but i might do this for an oberth.
    This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

    We need the other classes that had an Enterprise.

    • Excelsior refit
    • Ambassador
    • Galaxy
    • Sovereign
    • Odyssey
    • Universe

    And then maybe other hero ships. Although I admit the Crossfield is a bit... flat.

    Seriously though the Crossfield isn't even the most flat ship there as the universe is even more flat as is the Defiant.

    Yes, :D, my main character is already a TOS all the time, so I keep the connie as my main ship. The first time I did Fuji, I took my Legendary Connie and dressed it as Motion Picture and my captain too. Which I seem to keep doing if other people want to do the event :D

    I'm not dissing the Crossfield in any way. Its just the screenshots I was able to take at the time didn't really feel good to me.

    Here's some shots of the Crossfield (in more ways then one as in my headcanon my ships in the namesake of the Crossfield class refitted from a proof-of-concept prototype into a regular starships without the sporedrive installed obviously).

    The main issue I found was how dark the Crossfield is normally so it was not easy to find angles where it didn't just blend into the background.

    EDIT:I'm not 100% satisfied how that last pic turned out.

    Yea. I used a Crossfield Refit, and I wasn't satisfied with the "confrontation" shot at the bow of The Other.

    Use skin0, aka TOS skin on the Cross, I did that to mine, makes the ship somewhat presentable.
