Tailor seriously bugged

I am having all sorts of problems with the tailor.

1) I cannot load any of my saved outfits, as they all seem to have been deleted.
2) I cannot save any new outfits.
3) I cannot load any of my uniforms to any of my characters. When I try, I will often get only the boot for that uniform, and the rest is just an undershirt, and pants. I cannot load my red angel suite, my Gamma armor, or any of the premium uniforms that I have purchased.

    Am I the only one experiencing this problem? I have not been able to change uniforms for months now. Why should I buy uniforms that I cannot equip?

    My Trill was missing her legs for months. They were invisible. Just her waist and up was visible. It was funny running ground missions lots of strange looks.

    When you save an outfit, your actually saving that file locally to your machine, so if you reinstall STO without backing up those files, then all your outfits will disappear. You also get that weirdness if one of the files get corrupted. I would be surprised if that is your issue as even the server side defaults look to be broken, but you can at least check perhaps. Bizarrely it saves outfits in the screenshots folder, they're .jpg so you can see the icon but contain metadata inside them the game uses.

    Files will be Costume_<character name>_<numbers>.jpg
