Legendary Sovereign turn rate bug

The turn rate was advertised as a base turn of 8. It is 7. This has been a bug since released in 2020 as part of a hugely expensive pack and remains not as advertised/broken for 3 years.

Please fix this asap as my constant tickets to support for 3 years have made no difference.
