Tommy Gun Missing from Reclaim store

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
so support asked me to make a bug report even though its from 2019 so i completed the First Contact Event for that year i have the tommy gun in my main characters inevtory yet its not in my reclaim tab and i never purchased the captain picard bundle

    If you have the gun in your Inventory, it won't show up for reclaim because you already have it.

    yes i know this but for other characters it dosent show up in my reclaim tab and thats teh frustrating thing

    Is it perhaps on your other characters bridge officers, or in their bank?

    no ive never been able to redeem it on any other toon even freshly made ones its jsut no there

    What store are you looking at? There is one under the Events tab in the Mission Journal called Reclaim Rewards and there is one in the Dilithium Store called Dilithium Store Reclaim.

    This could be there the issue is:
    What store are you looking at? There is one under the Events tab in the Mission Journal called Reclaim Rewards and there is one in the Dilithium Store called Dilithium Store Reclaim.
    Back when Events were merged into the Mission Journal, reclaims are to be 'reclaimed' from the Reclaim Rewards button on the Events page.
    The Dilithium Store Reclaim section stopped getting reclaimable items added to it back then.
