Doff auto-assignment not working

When I open a new (any) doff assignment on this character, which is my main one, doff slots are empty and I have to pick doffs manually one by one, which is quite bothering. This has been happening since approx. Q4/2022. When I do the same on any of my other characters, doffs are automatically pre-filled, which I consider the standard/intended behavior. No need to select them and I can simply start the doff assignment.

Steps tried: Everything... relogs, different maps, etc. I do not know what else I could do. I am not aware there was some setting which I could turn on/off to affect this, so I presume it is a character-related bug.
