Where Angels Fear to Tread Borg adapting bug

or lack of adapting. I've run this mission twice, and neither time did my captain have to use the refrequencing device. one was using a type II phaser the mor recent one an AP autofire rifle. the adapting mechanic is broken in the mission. it is still working on Defera

Edit : both the follow on missions the adapt mechanic is not working

    The adapting has been broken ever since the level requirement was removed. Before that all borg would only adapt if you were over a certain level and I'm guessing that's the part they messed up
