Heavy Plasma Digitizer Weapons

Now I got the ship and it gives you just 4 weapons, beams or Torpedo's, but you have 7 weapon slots and to be fair you really need to be able to either buy these weapons or have the ability to make them.

So, to those with the knowledge, how so we get more of these weapons?

    By running the mission again I believe.

    I've not tried but I think you can get more via replaying.

    You get 4 boxes that give you a choice of beam arrays, dual beam banks, and torpedoes when you open them.

    If you play the mission again you can get the box with the choice of 4 weapons again, I have this 8x in my bank which means 2x the box of 4 weapons of your own choice
