Kobayshi Maru transponder (in battle) now shares cooldown with distress beacon summons

Did not see this in any patch notes, so it seems like an unintentional bug.

Using the Kobayshi Maru transponder (in battle bonuses version) now shares cooldown with distress beacon summons. Also, cooldown was increased from 90 seconds to 120 seconds.

    So yeah, I just double-checked. It does indeed now have a shared 2 minute cooldown with other similar devices. Nothing in the patch notes, and no change in the tooltip for Kobayashi Maru Resupply or the More Details window for the Transponder (which still says it has a cooldown of 1 minute 30 seconds). Either this was an unintentional bug, or they decided to randomly "fix" an item in the Mudd's Market yet again. It is genuinely getting harder and harder to justify spending money on this game - fortunately I got the Transponder for free from the event.

    I literally just bought this, and feel this is another bad change.
    It should have been a ten forward weekly like promised!

    Why was it done? Was it a error?


    I am upset since this is twice now i have seen this sort of thing.

    But i can be understandable if it was a mistake and being reverted.
    If it was done by design i will be upset then since i saved up and paid for it!

    Disregard. This is included in 12/14 patch notes:

    Resolved an issue with the Kobayashi Maru Transporter Item so that it no longer shares its cooldown with other distress beacon items.

    Also, how exactly is it "flaming/trolling" to call out an impactful change to a game item, that we paid REAL MONEY for, after the fact? It is a real concern, and has implications on whether we continue to spend on this game.
