KDF ships are slow

My KDF ships seem to be capped at a sector speed of 83 but the FED ships are at 120 with the same equipment and upgrades. Something happened a couple of months ago when they just slowed down. I tried support but they were thoroughly unhelpful.

    Support does not deal with bugs, that is why. They deal with account issues.

    From the looks of it, you may not have the Sector Speed perk applied in your skills tab. You may also have 'Skills Invalid' and may need to reset your skills.

    There's also Sector space boosts from Raiding Party and Diplomatic Immunity that you can pick up from other players on the maps, as well as whether the ship is a Miracle Worker ship or has the Vesta set-bonus.

    Best thing to do is supply picks of your traits and skills, if they are the same, as well as pics of the ships with the same equipment.
