Univeral Kit Module-V'ger Probes not showing in Reclaim Rewards after buyout

As the tittle says, after the buyout I logged into a 2nd character on the same account and as the instructions say to do it go to reclaim rewards for other characters. I searched bought the ground and misc and there is not V'ger Probes univeral console available to reclaim reward. Is this bugged out? I even logged all the way out and back in and it didn't' show up. Even made sure to try it on Federation character incase it was a faction thing due to how it played out in the movie. Any help? or is this a bug that needs fixing?

    Just used the buyout to test it, and it is indeed missing from the reclaim rewards button

    So apparently I can't quote here what was said in response to a ticket enquiring about this, but basically anybody who bought this out is going to be upset if they thought it was an account level thing.

    Apparently 2000 zen buys it out and unlocks it for a single character, it is not an account wide type of reward in any way.

    Yeah, the choice to buyout was my own, to avoid having to deal with those tfo's, but honestly, had it been made very clear that the 'main' reward unlocks for a single character only, I wouldn't have bought it out at that price.

    As for future buyouts... The thought they triggered with this is simple, "never again."

    I just noticed this myself, and all i can say is that it is inconsistent with how event rewards are normally treated. As far as I can remember, they were always account-wide unlocks, and using the Buyout option would make them available for every character on your account.

    I honestly don't care, either way, considering the number of kit modules already flooding my inventory, but this still doesn't feel right.
