Shadows of the Solanae Trophy unobtainable

in PS4 Gameplay Bug Reports
None of the hidden consoles nearest command in the Voth ground battlezone (1 in each area) will let me scan them. I checked the accolades to see if it had registered the ones I have done and only the accolade for the voth caches is listed. Is this an issue with ps5 porting, or something unexpected? Tia

    Found a work around; I was messing around the adventurezone doing endeavours and scanned a console I had previously done popping the accolade for the park ones. Did 5he same in the other 2 areas (this does mean 1 console has been scanned 3 times in the outskirts) and got the trophy
