Yeah, I've been monitoring the same problem for quite a few hours now.
At the Xbox Status page at Xbox Support there were about four areas that had a 'limited service' while they were worked on, but now there's just one left which is 'Games & Gaming' that they are apparently still working to fix. Presumably once that's done, we'll be able to play again.
Same here. Tryd everything also a reinstall but no chance get back into the game... Hope they get this fixed asap
You really never need to reinstall unless the system actually tells you to on Xbox, which it will. It's just a waste of time otherwise. In this case, it's Xbox Live at fault, not STO/Cryptic.
