Emperor's Will Event Ship - Item not available

Good evening. I played the run of the Emperor's Will and got the required number of plays to get the ship. I had to leave work - after logging back in a few days later, the events page said I had one more time to go to receive the completion for the event ship. I did the run, and when I went back to claim the ship, the Emperor's will event page was gone, and I cannot claim the ship, and the event reclaim tab for the ship is greyed out. I would like to get the ship, as I don't want to feel I have completed the event for nothing. Any assistance appreciated. Thank you.
