in Xbox One Gameplay Bug Reports
Just downloaded the latest update which the 13th of October and now can not sign into the game as the game now says connection to login server timed out . Please try again later .

When you try and sign in it says retrieving list of characters please wait then says failed login .

Then my Xbox asks me you need a controller for this game press A to confirm I press confirm and under press A on any controller it says in red timeout during login .
Then the game gets me to the Engage! Bit and repeats all above .

Are the servers down ?

    I believe the servers are up, it's just the latest patch seems to have broken the game for nearly everyone.

    I've had all the same issues. I opened up a ticket listing the issues but to be honest, if they didn't fix any of the issues from the last update what are they going to do about these new ones? The answer as it's painfully obvious is nothing. The game is broken and expecting it to be fixed is unlikely. So go ahead STO keep rolling new content out that no one can play properly, stack it right on top of the current unplayable content. You're doing a fantastic job!

    Post from facebook. "There is a chance our Xbox Servers may crash in a few minutes. We're looking into the issue and we'll let you know as soon as we know more."
