[494858] Delta Quadrant episodes completed, Delta Recruit reward not unlocked

I've finished every mission in the Delta Quadrant Episodes section of my journal, but I can't claim the Delta Recruit: Play Delta Quadrant reward. I'm guessing there's some content that got removed between the last Delta Recruitment event and now that wasn't probably unlinked in the Recruit interface.

I contacted support, and they told me to come here.

    The Delta Quadrant reward is linked to the Delta Quadrant accolade, which if you view it, you'll find that you also need to complete the Storyline on Kobali Prime.
    Do that and you'll pop the accolade, which will unlock the Delta Recruit reward for you to claim.

    Check New Romulus, and the The Romulan Mystery Accolades; both will tell you which your missing.

    And in the last few days apparently they RE-ADDED Mountain Base, Secret Shuttle Codes or all dependencies for accolades or others you may have missed to Finish it.

    As I had, but then today I noticed I could then redo the Mountain Base and Shuttle Codes, and now just doing the Hidden Camera. So you should be able to do it for sure.

    I am experiencing the same issue. I submitted a ticket and then decided to search here to see if anyone else had this issue. Don't understand the Romulus response above, lol...that arc completed fine. Did anyone else experience this or discover a resolve. Thanks!

    Under the Available tab you need to complete Kobali Crisis 1, 2, and 3. Only then, can you unlock the Delta Recruit reward for completing the Delta Quadrant.
