Terran Emperor's Uniform bug/aftereffects

Support asked me to post this here, as well, to help with investigation.
Hello, I have found a bug with the newly added Terran Emperor's Uniform box, and I'm currently suffering the aftereffects of this box. Let me explain.
I completed the new "Eye of the Storm" chapter of the Terran Gambit arc, with my character Lanja, and I received the Terran Emperor's Uniform box. It wasn't bound to my character or my account, so I placed it within my account bank to unlock later when I decide who to give it to. A day or two pass, and I log on with my character Krathec, and upon entering the account bank, it basically forced me to take out the Terran Emperor's Uniform box because it had been changed to now be bound to character. And since Krathec was using the bank at the time, he was forced to take it. I did unlock the box on him. I never played the mission with Krathec or any of my other characters so far. I played through the mission with Lanja again, but I did not receive another copy of the box.
So because of the short-lasting not-bound bug, Lanja can never obtain or unlock this item, while Krathec can earn it, but already has it unlocked. Is there anything you can do to ensure that Lanja can have this item box that I earned but lost through a bug?
I don't mind playing through the mission with Lanja again, and I also don't mind the unearned uniform to be removed from Krathec. I just really want the uniform or uniform box back on Lanja where it belongs.
