Retraining skills resets traits for ALL ships

This has been bugging me for months. When we retrain skills with tokens it also resets traits which defies the description of "retraining skills" because skills arent traits. It doesnt make sense to reset traits because we can change them in an instant without tokens. They MUST be seperated.
Now Ive reset the skills on a toon where I change ships very often and since Ive retrained the skills to correct an error I have to set up traits every time I switch to a ship Ive not been in since I retrained my skills. The loadout does not save the traits or the setting gets deleted for some bugged reason.
We save these things to not have to remember each setup that we painstakingly set up. Please overhaul the loadout and skills/traits system already because its causing more and more issues after each patch which are supposed to fix other issues that arent fixed.
