Ticket 793757: Duty Officer Nayta cannot be placed on active duty

Posted here as requested by GM.
When I attempt to place the DOFF Nayta on active space duty the game tells me "You cannot equip more than 1 items of that category", and refuses to put her on duty.
I've tried to remove first all other DOFF from space duty and then all of them from both ground and space duty, but neither makes any difference, so I haven't found any workaround to use this one on active duty.
Also, looks like I only have this specific DOFF on my Liberated Borg (fed) captain, in case it's a racial issue.

Well, I hadn't beefore, but no, it makes no difference. Didn't work on DS9 either.
And FWIW: Njayja, also a suliban doff - albeit blue quality, works just fine.
