Framerate limited

in Graphical and Sound Issues
Since last update, I have noticed that the framerate of the game is limited at 60 fps. Prior this last update, I got easily get 130 to 160 fps. All settings are still in affect as before the update, no changes made. Can we have a look into this matter.

    Figured it a bit out. Graphical settings, especially "full screen" mode somehow reverts to "Window Maximized" mode when you tab out to do something else on the PC. Has to reinstate the "Full Screen" mode everytime when I get back into the game.
