in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
As a reward for a mission, I got a Betazoid BOFF. The only problem is that he has NO ground abilities. None. Over the last two days I have tried everything I can think of. Does anyone else have this issue?

    There's a visual bug affecting Bridge Officers where their skills won't show up if assigned to a Bridge Station or on the Away Team.
    The skills are there, but tend to 'hide' until they've been in combat at least once.

    Sometimes, they'll even show up after a relog.
    Take another look at your Bridge Officer when you next log in and run a ground or space mission if you need to. Hopefully, you'll then be able to see the skills.
    If not, sharing a screenshot would be helpful.

    PM me the character with the effected boff, the name of the boff, and your handle in game. i'm watching another report of this elsewhere. plan to pass the info over to one of the devs so they can check a few things

    I have had this same issue, but I just came up with a solution. I found if I go to another officer who has their ground skills, select a ground skill on that officer than switch to the one that has been affected by this bug. It will show their skills its like they are unselected and therefore invisible. Select the skill they have listed by default and do the same thing for every skill. Once you do all 4 it should restore the whole thing!

    This is a known issue internally and being investigated. Thanks for posting pictures and examples though it does help!
