Risa accolade "Master Relaxer" incomplete

Aight, so a GM asked me to post this issue here, so that it might get more attention
and maybe get fixed sooner (BEFORE the summer event ends) ...

So on Risa, you can complete the ("master"-)accolade "Master Relaxer" which
consists of a bunch of "sub-tasks/objectives" which are also their own
"lesser"(?) accolades. One of those is called "Walked the Boardwalk", and you
basically immediately get this one when you beam down onto Risa and walk
towards the jetpack vendor to your right. And... I DID get that accolade...
What i did NOT get, is credit towards "Master Relaxer" 's objective
"Take a walk on Risa's boardwalk". Now normally you'd think "But why bother?
It's just an accolade?" ... And normally, you'd be right. However...
This accolade (Master Relaxer) unlocks some actually pretty good
purple (very rare) quality duty officers.

Sooo... If you've also encountered this (what the GM said would very likely be a) bug,
PLEASE take a moment to report this, so that it might just get fixed in time.
(I DID actually check, and they CAN (according to the wiki) ONLY be bought DURING
the Lohlunat Summer Festival.)

I had this issue a few years ago. Unfortunately, it wasn't until the next Summer Event that it was no longer bugged.
