New Environmental Suit

With the new environmental suit from the mission Tenebris Torquent being released, can you only equip to the captain on your account that you purchased it on and not any of your other characters or bridge officers?

You just get the one, and it's bound to character. You could equip one of you BO's with it if you want (the stats aren't really that good however). It looks "weird" on a normal character (it makes your toons legs and arms look all spindly). Like nearly all or the other items in the 2409 pack, it's all bound to the toon that opens the pack (the ship however IS an account wide unlock). At the sale price of 50% the value is debatable, however at full price (or even with the current 25% off) it's NOT good value due to everything being single unlocks (at least the Terrain one let you grab nearly all the items for ALL of your toons, much better value, although that's in comparison with the 2409 one).

Ok cool. I didn’t know if there was a way to reclaim it like you can the faction specific combat ev suit.

We may get a different version at some point in the future. But for now... yea just the one for the one character.
