I have all available Traits filled but the UI 'Traits' tab has been flashing green ever since I applied the Level 65 Federation {2409} Captain Pack / Legendary Starfleet Captain's Bundle

    I have not earned any as of yet. All reps are still Level IV. The Active Traits are only available once you complete Level V of a rep tier. Green should only flash for something that's available. I already submitted a ticket to Dev that said its a bug and to log it here

    Yes, you have available 10 extra trait slots to fill. As you say, though, you've nothing to put in them, so it's gonna keep flashing until you fill 'em.

    ..as stated, should not flash until there are available traits to slot. GM response confirmed this is a bug and other players having this same issue. They stated sometimes Respec fixes it. It didn't for me

    Same bug here. Glad it's been acknowledged as an issue at least.
