Level 65 Federation (2409) Captain Pack bug

The Level 65 Federation (2409) Captain Pack does not work on my account. I have 3 characters at the moment and on no one it is works. First character is Starfleet Level 65, second one: Discovery Starfleet and the third one again Starfleet. The last character I did create just for a check if it's works.
I deed try to redeem this pack for a Discovery Starfleet , but still with no success and did try on first and the last one, again no success.
And the second problem : I can claim a ship a Legendary Caelian Intel Multi-Mission Explorer (T6) but on the first levels of character there is a missing console - Universal - Sympathetic Fermion Transceiver.
