Bug: Aux Plasma cannons cannot be equipped on Romulan multi-mission ships.

Hi,
Recently I've noticed that my romulan multi-mission science ship will not have its aux cannons equipped and sometimes i'll receive an extra copy but I cannot mount the cannons on my ship. My main can equip the aux phaser cannons on his vesta with out any issue.
