As a quality of life improvement, how about adding a text-search bar to the Admiralty ship/card selection? If I already know which ship/card I want, why should I have to scroll-hunt for it?
For example, there's at least two combinations of three ship/cards (the three Cardassian Intel ship/cards and the three Temporal pack ship/cards) that can clear any Tour of Duty assignment (as they total over 100/100/100 and cancel all modifiers)...

Throw in what I call the Magic Trio: Samsar, Nandi, and Sarr Theln. Those three can also tackle just about any ToD, AND their abilities feed off each other to reduce maintenance time. Samsar (Engie) for each Tac and Sci, Nandi (Tac) with each Engie and Sci, Sarr Theln (Sci) with each Engie and Tac.
I'd love to see an 'auto fill' option on ships for each mission - something akin to the First Officer suggestion option in the Duty Officer interface. It takes FOREVER to hand pick ships when you are filling all nine slots available. Allowing the interface to add the ships with the highest stats would be a huge time saver. Then the player could modify from there (such as swapping out one ship for a critical multiplier ship or what have you).
