Mission broken: keeps throwing you out of the map, locking you to where you cannot move

The mission "the factory": when transwarping to the mission it throws you out of the map and locks your ship to where you can't move, and then you're stuck waiting for your cool down to come back to transwarp to somewhere else in the alpha quadrant. you cannot transwarp to anywhere in that location. you have to go to the beta Quadrant and then move all the way there. I don't know if this is on every class of character but my character is a cardassian that is aligned with the Klingon faction. the character is also a science officer. I don't know if that would make any difference, just giving me information

    Just for reference? Nobody is expecting perfect grammar, but would you please use the bare minimum of punctuation so that the bug fixers who read this forum can figure out where your sentences begin and end. And while you're at it, kindly review the forum rules about insulting other users.
