Turei Homeworld Defense Grid Mission

I have been trying to help someone on the mission where you work with Seven of Nine helping the Turei activate their Defense Grid.
Every time we try it, after the Voth land on Planet and we kill the remaining Vadwaar. Nothing happens. Where you would normally speak to the Turei and Voth Commanders, the option to talk with them doesn't occur.

Did we miss something?

We tried dropping the mission, skipping and going back to it, logging off and it is always the same result. A Glitch I am guessing.

    They were warned about this 2 weeks ago in the tribble server bug reporting section.

    I am having the same problem. I've even ALT+F4'd and loaded the game entirely and still nothing.

    I have been having the same problem, and tried restarting, tried beaming out, even tried leaving the mission and coming back to it later.

    Just ran this mission, or tried to... a month later and this is still bugged.
    I'm tired of these MF'n Sith in my MF'n Jedi temple!

    This is a known issue internally and is on the correct team to investigate.

    This is preventing Delta Recruits from completing objectives and earning rewards within the allotted time.
    I'm tired of these MF'n Sith in my MF'n Jedi temple!

    I have worked out what the CAUSE is; It is the Vadwaar Drop Pods. If one is destroyed before landing, Normally hit by Turei, it causes the Failure. It is the same when you are on the Vadwaar Homeworld.
