Unable to change bridge officer's ground abilities.

Seems like todays update broke being able to change the ground abilities of bridge officers. When you try to change it nothing happens and some ranks show space abilities as well as ground.

Plus it seems like the officers are using the skill that they started with regardless of what you might have slotted. For example I had the Disco Eng BO Tamav putting down a phaser turret when I had changed (before the update) his abilities to level 1 and 2 shield rechange and level 1 and 2 Equipment Diagnostics.

    Adding my voice to this. The ground abilities for my away team is the most broken thing for me personally. It makes away team missions unplayable without great difficulty. This and the scrambled traits issue are giving me the biggest headaches since the patch.

    I have the same problem on a KDF recruit. how am I supposed to get melee kills if my BOFF keeps teleporting the enemies away from me? All joking aside, I completely stopped doing ground missions because of this. Then yesterday the trait bug hit worse than ever and removed all space traits and when I fix them before I can even leave the menu traits are gone again. Now I can't do space missions either. I didn't think it was possible to kill your character but apparently it is possible to break them enough that they might as well be dead.

    Same here everything is messed up. I can't change ground abilities and space ones show up for the ground list.. It's very frustrating.
