Energy Weapons: Reroute Reserves to Weapons LTC

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
The Lt. Commander version of Energy Weapons: Reroute Reserves to Weapons seems to no longer exist for my pilot spec bridge officers. I have it saved on several ships loadouts and it appears in the ship bridge officer group window, but not on the bridge officer or the ship toolbar.

    Legendary Excel and miranda so far, I'll look on some other ships.
