Infinity Lock Box Reward Issues

It is impossible to get certain infinity lock box rewards.
Example, Infinity Prize Pack: Personal Trait (Space) and Infinity Prize Pack: Personal Trait (Ground) are both character bound on pickup, but they don't allow you to choose traits for other professions as is shown in the screenshot below. This means that I have to open lock-boxes across various characters to be able to access certain traits. This is inconvenient at best, at worst a waste of money as I can't get the trait I wanted. There's no clear or consistent warning about this. The "(Profession Only)" warning is problematic as other items have always been claimable even though they're not usable. Items like the T5 Ship pack is a good example as I can claim starships of any faction even if they weren't usable.
The description for the infinity box still lists the Undine Nicor even though that ship was removed from the pack.
The starship trait rewards are either out of date in the infinity lockbox description or all the faction specific starship traits are incorrectly unclaimable. This is particularly frustrating as I really wanted Honored dead for my fed character. See below screenshot
Console selection rewards are also an issue. There are numerous missing console packs and almost anything indicating any faction relation is unavailable.

There is, however, a different problem here - some of the alternate-faction consoles were slightly different.
For example, the Point Defense console (from the Thunderchild Heavy Escort Refit) is Phaser-based, yet the KDF version was Disruptor-based. Unfortunately, the disruptor-based version is no longer available.
