"The Breen Connection" Mission is Bugged/Missing

As the topic says. I spoke to Jiro Sugihara after each episode of the Breen Arc and finished it, and while he is supposed to grant this mission immediately after Cold Comfort, I didn't get it at all and it is unavailable. The mission is not noted to have been removed, so it must be a bug. Honestly, I want bugfixes more than I want new content.

    You need to be in the Orellius sector block. I got it recently (a few months back) on one character, which took me by surprise as I never knew about the mission in all my years of playing...

    I was in that Sector Block, specifically in the Defera Sector. I spoke with Jiro Sugihara after each mission, but even by the end of the entire arc, there was no mission given. Do you have to talk to him before turning the mission in? I went back even now and there is nothing. He only has "The Breen are looking for some sort of Deferi cultural legend." and "U.S.S. Megalodon reporting in." Neither of them gives me the mission. Since I finished the arc, I can't just talk to him only after Cold Comfort. I'll try to repeat the mission and speak to Jiro before turning it in.

    Okay, I went and replayed Cold Comfort and can confirm the mission is broken. After finishing the mission, I tried contacting Jiro Sugihara both before and after turning it in, and his dialogue options do not change in any way. Worst part is that NO ONE who posts to YouTube has ever grabbed it, instead just taking the Cold War missions one after another without speaking to Jiro Sugihara. Unfortunately, the devs never seem to even look at the forums or bug reports so I'm starting to feel like speaking up is pointless. The devs don't seem to care about fixing what's wrong with the game. If I had the money I'd buy out STO and Gearbox both and hire a team specifically to fix all the bugs, ever if I had to eat the costs myself.

    I did not remember this mission before but apparently I completed it on 1/28/2014 according to the Logs tab in the Journal. I have only completed it once on my main character. I will check it out sometime on my Delta Recruit. Though there is no Orellius Sector Block anymore. That went away with the sector space revamp. Now it is the Raveh and Defera Sectors.

    Aye, but we all knew we were talking about the current-day equivalent to the old Orellius Sector Block - Raveh & Defera Sectors!

    Indeed, the Sector Blocks technically still exist, just on one big map. That is how DOFF missions are determined, by Sector Block. That said, Alpha is still messed up pretty bad with zones of broken DOFF missions everywhere. That and half of Alpha has no Sector Blocks due to being added after the map merge. Given that you are in said Sector Block upon finishing the mission, and it is impossible to contact Jiro Sugihara outside of it, then it is automatic that you are in the right location. The mission simply is not triggering for some reason. All the devs did is ask me to do again what I literally just did and reported on (playing the mission and immediately speaking to Jiro), so I honestly think the people who read these are not even paying attention to them. Sure they claim to send it to the team... and then nothing gets done. It's more than a little bit annoying, especially since so many other parts of Defera are bugged (crafting in the Borg Invasion zone, for instance.) I have filed at least a dozen reports since I started playing again and not one of them has been addressed in three months. They really need to pause any new content until the bugs are fixed.
