Do some EV suits jump higher than others?

I was watching a TENEBRIS TORQUENT walk though on Utube and it seemed like the player was jumping much higher than my character. Is there a way to increase the height of your jump to clear that canyons?

    He might have been a Caitian.

    As far as I know the only difference in environmental suits is in combat based on the listed stats (energy resist, tox resist, etc.)

    Besides being a space kitty, maybe there is something like frost boots for jumping? I don't know of any such gear though.

    Going on an Hour and 4 mins and still can't complete the jump section. Get as far as the 3rd platform but not past the 4th. She mentions thrusters. How do you activate them?

    Yea... I'd have to say it might have been a Caitian or Ferasan. They naturally have a higher jump than every other race in the game. And in an EV Suit... you wouldn't know if it was a Caitian because no visible tail if they have one.
